Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps focusing on 2026+ capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for futuristic technologies
- Design scalable architecture for next-generation digital platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Ensure alignment between technological innovation and ESG principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Excellent communication for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
