Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product innovation aligned with 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future technology solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on technology foresight and innovation strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis and roadmap development
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
