- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation for priority initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to market
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks
- Experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Expertise in ethical AI development and deployment
