Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness and adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in emerging fields
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic impacts on future ecosystems
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives, investors, and government stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and societal impact by 2026
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology implementation strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping (e.g., APF, Foresight Professional)
