Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 business objectives and market trends
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their potential impact on our industry
- Lead scenario planning and risk analysis for technological disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology budgets >$5M
