- Manage R&D projects from concept through prototyping with measurable KPIs

- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
- Oversee ethical compliance frameworks for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams and complex projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast long-term market trends
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
