- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics initiatives with global research partners
- Architect sustainable tech infrastructure solutions for future-proof scalability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technology domains
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on future technology trends
- Experience with federal innovation grant programs (SBIR/STTR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation required
