- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members for resource allocation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify competitive threats and opportunities
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption impact on business objectives
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., AI Strategy, Blockchain Architecture)
- Demonstrated success in securing $5M+ R&D budgets for innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
