- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios and monitor implementation progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for deep-tech investments
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools and data visualization
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
