Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives and market forecasts
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.) for business integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and pilot programs for cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory shifts affecting our industry
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Quantify potential ROI and risk profiles for emerging technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
