Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI analyses to the board and executive stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or technology management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or strategy execution
