Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify competitive advantages and investment opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market entry strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate future-focused thinking across departments
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2020s tech disruption experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Track record of launching future-oriented products/services with >$50M impact
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI Specialty, Google Quantum AI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2026+ technology landscapes
