- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation impact and ROI
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (Web3, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Expertise in emerging technology landscapes (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
