Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in climate tech, neuro-interfaces, and spatial computing
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement across verticals
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps with successful implementation
- Expertise in at least two frontier technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight, Scrum Master, or similar innovation methodology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent industry journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental technology initiatives
