Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic relevance
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting in emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology management (CTM, CTO, or equivalent)
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (SaaS, AI, or fintech preferred)
