Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable innovation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and market forecasting
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of future-tech initiatives on business growth
