- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify emerging tech disruptors (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of next-gen technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
