Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with 2026 market predictions and regulatory frameworks
- Direct R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month deployment horizons
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech implementation
- Represent company at global tech summits to establish thought leadership in future-tech ecosystems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation across quantum/AI/Sustainability pillars
- Establish industry-first partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, blockchain 3.0, or carbon-negative tech
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (IEEE, Nature Tech preferred)
- Experience scaling technology solutions from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Certification in Tech Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act 2.0, US Quantum Act compliance)
- MBA or equivalent in Technology Management with focus on disruptive innovation
