Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and tech incubators
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across global markets
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Initiative
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF or WFS)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
