Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech modeling
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future technology trends
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ technical professionals in high-growth environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) or bioinformatics framework
- Certification in Technology Foresight from World Future Society or equivalent
