Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business strategy and ESG goals
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable materials science
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Austin, Boston)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
