- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor competitor innovations and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact and ROI on future initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing commercial applications for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
