- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market positioning analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Foster external partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
