Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology impact assessments to executive leadership and investment committees
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
