- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum applications and AI-driven automation
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic technology proposals to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs and partnerships with academic institutions
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable technology adoption and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication abilities for complex technical storytelling
