Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess market viability
- Architect innovation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocation, and ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present compelling technology visions to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee cross-functional implementation teams for prototype development and testing
- Monitor technology trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
