Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology scouting
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to foster future-ready culture
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record of successfully launching tech-forward initiatives at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
