Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive internal innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI, Google Quantum AI)
