- Analyze emerging tech trends (neural interfaces, blockchain 3.0, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and other research institutions
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
