Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against targets
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align technology adoption with market needs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School) a plus
