Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical tech implementation and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with sustainability and ESG goals
- Drive prototyping of next-gen solutions in our FutureTech Lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
