Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Develop patent roadmaps and innovation frameworks for next-gen products
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives across enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology risk assessment frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts
