- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and drive executive alignment
- Manage innovation incubators for 2026-adjacent technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
