- Secure $5M+ annual funding for experimental projects through venture partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Clearance for DoD/NASA-level security protocols
