Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding innovation methodologies across all departments
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
