Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop future-proof architecture frameworks for scalable digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future-vision blueprints to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Patent and publish breakthrough methodologies in emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech foresight methodologies
- Drive ethical tech adoption frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives to commercial success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and innovation management preferred
