Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on next-gen technologies (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, decentralized networks)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product development pipelines
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
