Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum systems, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $20M+ innovation budgets
- Identify emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Build ecosystem partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and national labs
- Author thought leadership in Nature Technology Review and Forbes
- Mentor PhD fellows in commercializing theoretical breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global network of innovators in Silicon Valley and Shenzhen
- Certification in Technology Foresight from IEEE or equivalent
