Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and academic research partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging tech trends (2026-2030)
- Develop patent portfolios and commercialization strategies for emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry thought leaders at global summits
- Mentor next-gen tech innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience with federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF) and global tech policy
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
