Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry innovators
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory developments affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience scaling innovative solutions in enterprise environments
