- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with academic institutions and government agencies on future-focused research initiatives
- Develop intellectual property strategies protecting next-gen innovations
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making
