Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating futuristic technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics and track KPIs for future technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech transformation programs
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO) highly valued
