Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present technology investment proposals and ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior engineers and product managers in future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
