Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential and assess their strategic impact
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present compelling technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong background in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
