Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic planning
- Develop 3-year innovation roadmaps aligning with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor technologies
- Drive implementation of pilot projects for emerging tech applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
