Qualifications

- Proven success scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in blockchain, IoT, and neuromorphic computing
- Certified in Future Tech Governance (FTG) standards
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
