Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven innovation track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio of successfully implemented disruptive technologies
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., CFM, CTA)
