Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology integration
- Monitor global tech policy developments and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least two emerging-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investor boards
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., from Foresight Institute)
