Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum technologies from lab to market
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., MIT Sloan) preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
