As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech solutions. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining rigorous ethical and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) and assess market viability for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and identify disruptive innovation vectors
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech governance frameworks (AI ethics, data privacy)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into commercial strategies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
